For cancer patients, it is more important than ever to keep moving, take care of your body, and think positive. Research shows that physical activity, proper nutrition and mind/body awareness can help you feel better and reduce the side effects of cancer treatment. We offer classes, workshops, support groups and other resources to give you the support and knowledge you need during and after treatment. Most programs are free and are open to caregivers and family members.
