Wearing masks helps us keep each other safe. Masks are required in our facilities. They must cover your nose and mouth.

If you cannot wear a mask, contact your care team before you visit to discuss telehealth. Patients and visitors not wearing masks will not be permitted to enter.

Directions & Parking

Exit I-435 at Quivira Road, travel south on Quivira Road, turn west on 110th Street and travel to the end of the block. Entrance is on the right. Free parking is available in front of the entrance.
