Julia White Named Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Oncology

Julia White, MD, FASCO, a radiation oncologist and member of The University of Kansas Cancer Center, has been named a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a distinction recognizing leaders who have made lasting contributions to cancer care.

The ASCO Fellow designation honors members who have demonstrated a deep commitment to the organization and to improving cancer care through research, education and service. Dr. White was selected for her work advancing breast cancer treatment, her leadership in clinical research and her role in shaping national guidelines that influence patient care.

Dr. White serves as professor and vice chair of Radiation Oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center and is widely recognized for her expertise in breast cancer. She has led clinical trials, contributed to national treatment recommendations and worked to improve quality and consistency in oncology care.
