Kansas City, Kan. – In recognition of the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s holidays, some of The University of Kansas Cancer Center’s offices will have modified hours on Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
Christmas and New Year’s holiday hours
The University of Kansas Cancer Center
- The University of Kansas Cancer Center will be primarily closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- The Richard and Annette Bloch Radiation Oncology Pavilion at 39th and Rainbow will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- The Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Care Pavilion in Westwood will offer limited services in the BMT clinic and treatment areas on Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.

Doctor office hours
- All doctor offices will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1. Our staff will support routine scheduling needs and answer routine MyChart messages when normal business hours resume.
Outpatient imaging
- All outpatient imaging locations will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
Pharmacy hours
- Our retail pharmacy locations inside Bell Hospital Tower and Cambridge Tower A (on the Kansas City campus shared with the medical center) will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- Our Southlake Business Park location in Lenexa will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- Our Westwood Campus and Indian Creek Campus locations will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
Urgent care hours
- All health system urgent care locations will be open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- You can view current wait times in MyChart (choose Urgent Care and Emergency Care in the main menu) or on our website.
Walk-in lab hours
- Our walk-in lab locations will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
Great Bend, Kansas, locations
- All doctor offices in Great Bend will be closed Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- Convenient Care Walk-In Clinic at St. Rose Medical Pavilion will be closed on Monday, December 25, and Monday, January 1.
- No inpatient services will be affected by the holidays.
